Word on the street (and Surly's blog) is that there is going to be a new colour for the 1x1 - lemon-lime metalic green. Supposedly a demo was at interbike. Anyone snap a picture of it or seen it on the web yet?

It's a fact,

I checked QBP this morning. They've got the new color, lemon/lime listed, none in stock yet.
I'd be interested in seeing a picture as well.

...I'd also be interested in seeing a new color for the Karate Monkey, maybe next year.

According to the Surly blog entry from November 17, the new color will be available in early or mid-January 06. Pictures should be on the site soon.

pretty sure that's the only one I had, sorry for the crappy shot. Some booths are harder to shoot than others due to low light. No doubt a shot w/o flash would make the color look much different. But as I recall it was very cool looking. Other photos will start popping up online soon, so hang in there!

Lime green must be the pink of the new millenium plus five. That thing looks radioactive. I'm not certain how I would accessorize a bike like that.

I am outfitting mine with Pink Phil Wood hubs I have and a pink CK headset....it will be totally punk!!!
