Yes it's rideable now. There are new CYA signs up at most trail entrances that the trails are closed, but they're not. More like use at own risk due to emerald ash borer damage.
Trails were in pretty good shape last time I rode there several weeks ago. Will be some new sections for you if its been a while - lots of down trees to get around, over etc.
