Need v10 help

If you don't already have it, Santa Cruz has a detailed instruction sheet for removing/servicing the bearings. I thought I remember someone at the lbs telling me they'd need to order a special tool.

To get it you'll probably have to call or email them. Their website is messed up and when you click on the V-10 tech manual it takes you to the service manual for the VP Free...

Are your bearings bad already? How long have you ridden them?
