Hey Guys

Picked up an old triple triangle frame, chrome finish, only red/yellow GT stickers on it, no model name & just wanted to know if anyone knows where I can find out what it is??

Stamped on the frame is size 16, 6061 alloy & frame number 05970139.

Where can I find out what model this is? Have sent GT an email, but no response...

Are the numbers on the dropouts? It could be a Zaskar, they were 6061 alu, but pics would definetly help.

Cant get a pic on right now, but yes the numbers are on the drop out. I had one identical to this about 12 years ago & that was a Zaskar

If its a Zaskar the end of the top tube will have a flat cap, not rounded.
Also, the serial number would make it a '97 Zaskar, I have one as well but in satin red.

looks like the end cap of the top tube is flat, so it could be a Zaskar but I'm no expert.

Whats with all the parts and chain still dangling off the frame?
