Need Tech Advice-00 Rockhopper Comp
ok, i've been riding this sled for almost 8 years now and am about to retire it and make it my spare bike. I've been having probs w/ the drivetrain and am looking for some advice on what exactly is going on and how to fix it. Occasionally when I'm climbing in granny gear or close to it, the pedal will no longer pedal forward in the normal motion. So i then have to pedal in reverse a couple times in order for it to start peddaling forward like normal again. I think somethings going on with the rear deraileur. I notice it seems to be coming forward in extreme fashion when this happens. Anyone know how I can fix it, its really frustrating!!
