My truck has a custom roof rack. I had tabs fabricated to hold fork mounts...

But have yet to come up with a quick way to secure the rear wheels. Currently, I use (gulp) bungy cords. Nothing like strapping down $15,000 worth of bikes with bungy cords.

To complicate things, I have 4 bikes - none with identical wheelbases and of course there's the other bikes (friends) that get tossed up there. So any solution has to have some fore/aft flexibility.

Here's the rack - what I'm working with. multiple crossbars, made of steel - could weld to it if the design warrants...

love the signature...

take a look at the yakima boa. you don't need the front portion, but you could purchase the rear wheeltray. it's probably a good fit on the round bar of the rack you have.
you'd probably be looking at about $20 - $25 per tray with mounting hardware and strap.

I like the Boa... but the cross tubes on my rack are quite a bit smaller - .5" vs .1". I'd have to come up with some type of spacer/adapter. Could be worth looking into though.
