My 2009 Rock Shox Monarch 3.3 has about 80hrs of use on it and needs a rebuild badly. Leaks about 60psi in 24hours....which I assume requires a full service. PM me if knowing anybody who can do this for me with the shortest ETA.

My LBS quoted me $250 with downtime of four weeks! I cannot afford that! ideas?

$250 for a rebuild? You can buy another shock for that much...

Have you tried tightening the allen screw on the swivel valve? If that doesn't do the trick then you might need to swap out the o-rings. Service kits are no longer available for 08'-09' monarchs, but I've got the o-ring sizes if you need them.

Any interest in servicing it yourself? I've done the 3.3 and it was a breeze with the instructions provided by RS. RS sells an adapter that allows you to charge the damper with a shock pump.

If it's just leaking air, it just needs air can seals. 20 bucks and 15 minutes of your time. Sram has service videos that will show you how.
