Need replacement for old Fox Alps 4, 5.03/0.90

I have a 95 Cannondale V1000, it has a Fox Alps 4 on the rear. It is 5.03" eye to eye, and 0.90" travel. I realize this is an oddball size. What might I be able to replace it with?

Cane Creek migh have one to fit. They have a fittment list, and I think someone mentioned a few percent off if you "trade-up"from another brand.
Also there is Stratos and Risse.

I am also in need of a replacement of the Fox Alps 4 shock. Have you had any luck?
