I had a FSA ceramic...it seized after one ride.
Do not bother with ceramics if it is wet at all in your area.
The standard FSA didn't last long either.
I run stock Shimanos...they last and are cheap.
I have also used Phil Woods bearings pressed into the Shimano cups....they have lasted a few seasons on my cross bike.

Thanks Mayor, I was leaning toward the XTR BB, but, did think about the Rotor BB's. Thanks again for the information on the FSA BB.

I am a big fan of Rotor's stuff....but...
Shimano b/b's are cheap and last and are easy to come by.
End of story.
I did have 1 cup go bad on my cross bike( Dura Ace cups..a long season of mud, snow and sand), so I put in the Woods bearings. That was 3 years ago. I do remember the seals being a little finicky though.
I tried ceramic bearing from several differnet mfgrs on my road bike.....they all failed when it got wet.
It doesn't make sense to try to save 3 grams on something that won't spin when you need it to
