Hi Guys,

I am looking at bang for the buck for single speed IS disc mount hubs. I would like to take advantage of the single speed specfic rear hub for it build a stronger wheel

Please comment:

older xt hubs -- still available, affordable, non single speed specific. (fall back- baseline)

Surly's ss disc -- affordable, for SS. a little heavier, durable, not a smooth as xt.

Spot Brand -- seem cooler, more expensive, are they durable are they smooth?

Paul word disc hubs -- Paul makes good stuff - expensive -- bad review on mtbr? worth it?

WTB laserlite ss -- expensive, is this hub a true ss hub -- looks like a converted cassette hub from pictures.

Please advise.
