New 5 Spot on the way from Larry at MTN High.Could use some help with DHX Air and Pike Dual Air setting for a Clydes around 230lbs. The bike should arrive on Monday and would like to get it set up that night for a ride on Wednesday night. The bike is coming just in time. My buddy broke his Jamis again today half way into our ride.

Any help would be appreciated.I will get him to join MTBR and post some pics right away.

The RS fork settings recommend 170 psi + and - for over 200lbs, but they seem to require when new any way, less pressure to get the correct sag.
If I put the recommended pressure in I only get 20% sag (even the lower end of the suggested pressure) so If you are 230 ready to ride I would start at 160psi.

The Fox DHX air seems to like a fair bit of pressure in it so don't be suprised if you have to stick over 200 psi in it.
30 % sag is 15 mm of movement on the rear shock, you could try that if you wish.
