what is the best cannondale front suspension bike with disc brakes on the market....from like 2008 to present.... im looking at buying a bike thats gonna last.... any help will be appreciated....

The F5 is a good cannondale hardtail. Rst deuce fork, bb5 disc brakes, and Sram X-5 derailleurs and shifters.

Why stuck on just cannondale? There are a ton of good bikes out there. If you have to have a C'dale I like the caffeine f29 or the Flash 29ers with lefty. the 29 platform is hands above a 26ht. You should be able to find a nice 29er in the 1000-2000 range.

C-dale Trail SL2 29er. has shimano components, which seem to be less desireable than the SRAM these days? Ive been out of the game for awhile, just bought a new bike after 15 years. Has SRAM improved that much?
