I broke my smallest chainring off the other day during a ride. Its a Shimano ring that has "M9 P-24" engraved on it.

The two smallest rings on my set-up mount to the largest ring (Shimano Mega 9). I havent been able to find the ring i need, even at a local bike shop. I also need 4 chainring bolts. I only have 1 bolt left from the smallest ring and its about 10-11mm tall when completely screwed together. Thanks

That XTR bcd of 68 (and 112, assume yours is either an M950 or 952 crank) was fairly unique, as well as expensive for replacement chainrings even when stocked. An alternative is to change the spider on the crank (which is essentially your big ring right now) to another bcd standard, like 4 bolt 104/64. Like Middleburn's http://www.middleburn.co.uk/spiders_xc.php. Now how in heck did you break off the granny?
