When i bunnyhop i cant lift the front wheel very high. So far i can do like 15" and for some reason i need a lot of speed too. Does anyone have tips on how to lift the front wheel higher.

(could it also be my fork, because right now im stuck with Suntour XC 60 untill i get some marzocchis next week, this fork has terrible rebound and when i lift my front wheel the frok just shoots out and ruins my momentum.)

thank you!!! :)

It sounds like the spring is robbing all of your push. When you pull up you naturally push down a bit first. You have to "load" the springs of the fork first. Try pushing down to compress the springs, then as the springs uncompress, that is when you start to pull up on the handlebars.

Try doing it without completing the hop. Just get a feeling for raising your front tire off the ground.
