i have loved all your help so far and i think you may be right. i just rode around on a gary fisher wahoo disc at 13" and i think it fit much better. while i didn't get to ride on the 16" haro too much due to rain, i think this 13" could be it.

for reference i'm 5'2, so not too tall and the one guy had me on a 16 haro. there is another bike store i overlooked that had the gf wahoo at 13". oh and i called the haro store and they said they dont have 14 but the 16 fit me perfect, not to worry.

anyways, what to do? i am going to go back and see if they have anything 14. the store with the wahoo deals haro too but has to order, so no one has a 14 i can try out! ugh. are they near same or is the fisher better? i have again been reading and it has good reviews too. maybe i should do the gf since it's there? i wish i could compare though as i love the haro too

My advice is: if you like the wahoo, it fits, and it's within your budget, then get it. Lockout on a front suspension is a nice to have, but shouldn't be a deal breaker.

I like the Fisher. I would be suspicious of someone telling you that a 16" would fit. It might but the top tube length is more important. If the Fisher has a nice fit then I would go with it. The Fisher Genesis Geometry features longer top tubes so someone like you can go with a 13 inch frame and have the long top tube.

For $75 more the GF is worth it & the size is correct for you. :thumbsup:

Im not a GF fan but heck they sound like the only ones treating you properly so I say Go Fer It get the GF your in good hands. :drumroll:

yea without being able to compare the 14 to the 16 i'm kinda pizzed. i actually just ended up with the fisher 15. They guy put me up on the bike in the store and riding on the thingy that doesn't make you go....anyways he fit me good and the bike felt good. i didn't want to wait any more so i bought it. while the haro guys were super nice, i was getting the underlying feeling they just wanted to sell. they acted like they wanted me to shop around, but really they pushed that one on me. this guy said he'd gladly order me the haro but he really felt this was going to be a better ride and better bike for me. i am satisfied and can't wait to ride tomorrow!!
