My bike is drilled for hydraulic cables, and I have mechnical disc brakes. The cables do not fit and shift all over the place...

I know I have seen guide reducers, but I cannot seem to find them anywhere. Any ideas?

Electrical tape will do the same thing too if you wrap enough around the outer cable. Just keep on going until it's a nice tight press fit.

The cable guides that totally_fixxated posted are they way to go if you want a neat job though.

I also run mech disc brakes and use 2 or 3 layers of heat shrink tubing to build up the diameter of the brake cable to that of hydro cables... works perfectly.
