Need a source for old Attack parts

I have a pair of old (2000 I think) Attack 8 speed twist shifters that work perfectly but I lost the "Escape Hatch" (the cover to the cable access hole) on the front shifter a while back. A call to SRAM revealed that they don't have parts available for this shifter. A complete set just went for $26 on e-bay but all I need is the cover. Anybody have a worn out set or an extra "Escape Hatch" laying around that they'd like to sell, or a source for these?
