I'm looking for a good training plan that outlines a weekly program starting from the base phase all the way to race time. Does anyone have any good suggestions for books, websites etc. where I may be able to find what I'm looking for. Thanks.

I'm using the trainingpeaks.com yearly service. It's about $120/year and I'm enjoying it so far. It schedules all of your workouts and base, build, peak periods based on your race schedule, age and weaknesses. Not customized for you but pretty close to it. Only hitch currently is that only road racing schedules individual workouts for you. If you pick mt. biking it will set up your periods but not your weekly workout routine.

Thanks for the info, I've checked the sites out and they all seemed pretty good. I also checked out the Charmichael Training Systems site and it had some good stuff too. Thanks.
