You may be right. I vaguely remember seeing it for $550 or $599. As I'm sure you know, Performance and Nashbar change their prices by the minute, so we could both be correct. But $380 is still pretty low for an 853 (front triangle) frame. The last issue of Dirt Rag quotes the price of the Taiwan-built 853/4130 Cotic Soul as $855. The s.i.r 9 is $799. Granted, the Nashbar frame won't fit magic wheels like the Niner (and it lacks an EBB), nor was it designed in the U.K. like the Cotic, but I wouldn't be surprised if it were built in the same factory in Taiwan as the other two.
