Nashbar's steel mtb frame is on sale for almost half price. Been meaning to get one and build up a spare beater bike out of spare parts and stuff. This is the cheapest i've ever seen it on sale  But I'm not sure what size to get. I'm 6'1 with 34" (pants) inseam. Thanks!

Call them. They provide no useful sizing specs online.
Gave 'em an email instead. Kinda funny, I got a response from the email before that live chat thing found someone to help me. They said to go with a 19".

Did they give you a top tube length?
No I just asked what size I should get. I'll reply and see if they can tell me.
Damn they are quick. Its 22"

For the 19" frame? That is on the short end of the range. I am about your size and like 23-23.5" top tubes. Many riders think even that is too short.
yup.

Heh, there is geometry info listed, but its under pictures

dang, those are short TT lengths, brings me back to 1992!... did they say if that's center-center or effective?

They are short for 1992. My 20" 1991 Rocky Mountain has a 23.5" TT.

It is strange the "frame size" and "seat tube" are both "ctr. to top" and differ by ~2.75".
