Dike 8 was one of the first places where I started riding mountain bikes. Or rather the legal parts of it. Although I don't think as much of it was legal as we thought, one day we were cruising by and saw the ranger ticketing some mountain bikers. I've never done it but I know if you don't mind poaching you can go all the way from the dike to Salmon Falls for a nice long trip.
