I rode Blankets Creek (my local trail) about a billion times this year, but one ride stands out…

so that's what blood rock looks like when there's no race tape and mobs of people waiting to see spectacular crashes!!

nice to see a year in pics of my own stomping grounds. gotta get up to stanley gap again soon. did that as a new year's day ride a couple years ago.

Nice work....

Again, two thumbs up, great "passion" post. As a fellow Georgia rider, I can appreciate those shots, as I have ridden most of that stuff myself. If I needed any inspiration to ride, (and I don't) those shots would certainly be the cure.

Nice shots, appreciate you taking the time to share them. I second the comment about being up north and seeing those trails. We have plenty of snow on the ground.

that was my moment of glory at both Bump & Grind races i've done. 2 DNFs but i cleaned blood rock like a champ both times.

maybe this year i'll actually manage to finish that race.... with no new scars to show for it!

You can tell by the shadow that he is sitting on the ground, probably is waving his hands hamming it up for the camera.

actually, two or three riders (all guys) went through there before chocolate girl, each dabed in the creek. she cleaned it, he cheered.
