Finally finished my rigid steel single speed, would post it in the "post your SS" thread but it doesnt seem to work for me?

Very impressed with the quality of the frame, painless build, it will be out on its maiden mud fest voyage this afternoon in the nice stodgy UK mud

Not sure on the actual weight but its pretty light, shame I couldnt get my eclipse kits to work with those wheels, so I'm using slime lite tubes at the moment.

Just got back from the ride and I'm knackered! lovely riding bike though, very impressed.

Great looking SS! Very solid parts spec, too - I just bought those same brakes for a geared project I just finished. Looks like it should be a lot of fun to ride. And yes, the "post your SS" thread doesn't work for me on either of my computer - some sort of error.

Very nice ride, I tried (for weeks) to purchase a Wanga for my SS build, but nobody, I mean absolutely no one, had a frame available :madman: I settled for a Surly 1x1 instead. I'm also running a Pace carbon fork, so far, so good! I plan to ride the Surly for a while (prolly till summer) and then hunt down a Wanga (I hope).

Enjoy, and let me know how she rolls.
