Activities in reverse from the Leadville race. Most activities are here showing either road training, MTB training or spin (some running). Some workouts missed (failed to charge watch battery). Lifted sometimes 2-3 days a week (compare to a very relaxed cross fit training with more intensity than usual, but not overly-intense). Entry shows the activity, the type, the date, the time and distance...so cool! do you still have that training schedule you followed? it would be cool to see how you trained for that kind of event.
