the drilling is done with a 1" bore bit on a drill press ,took about an hour or so with trying to center each hole,
the tubless is as such,the front is a non offset rim so all it took was one layer of duc tape and a 24 inch tube splayed open and some stans,has worked well for a while as i rode it in the snow and on dry trails on the front of my 29r for the past season.
the rear is a offset rim so i had to use 2 x-wide velox tapes side by side to fill the taper and then one layer duc tape ,a 24" tube splayed out and some stans,the tire definently fit a little looser on the rim so all endo tires are not created equal,but i think it will work fine.
