The frame is beefed up at the headtube/downtube junction so it can handle a slightly taller fork. It also has tabs to mount chainguides and the rear dropouts are Thru-12, not the standard QR. Other than that, same thing.

You may find the angles marked on the XC/FR settings are different to the 'normal' frames but that only due to the different length forks fitted as standard.
eg: Fit the normal 140mm forks and the angles are the same, as the std frameset.
