[Spin Cycle]

Pic's of my new hardtail project 1391 grams w/ derailluer hanger built it up quick yesterday @ 21.30 lbs with a Heavy XT/Mavis 717 front wheel (862 grams) so I have a wheel set coming from Larry a few Tune parts (quick releases and bar ends) it should get down under 21 lbs!

Very nice. I almost bought this frame myself but opted for the Kula Primo - same weight but cheaper. Let us know how she rides.

Yup, I considered this frame as well. Very cool frame. Just out of curiosity how much do you weigh and how tall are you? The frame is fine no matter what just wondering about the how the rest of the build will be. V-brakes I presume?

I'm 5' 11" 190# The frame is a 20" with a 610mm top tube after coming from a Rocky Mountain Element Tsc Full Suspension I was really impressed so far with this frame ( only one ride)
I think the scadium along with the s curved seat stays take some of the edge off !

This will bring it down to 20.85 lbs until I put the rear disc on ! I was not to happy about the weight of the Juicy 7 carbons Total with the adapter was 443 gram but with a 116 gram rotor!

Nice stuff indeed, it will be a great build when its finished, and for that size frame the overall weight is good indeed.

I'm just curious about how the Tune Skewers will perform. I was recommended not to use them at my 190-200# weight but I might get them later. They look beautiful and are light!

Two weeks and no problems as good as the bontrager Ti and shimano XT in the front can't tell any difference !

Gives me one more thing to start looking into. If they are good for you on the front then they are probably good on the back too?

I have then on both the front and rear I'm 200 # plus gear so they are performing the same as the Bonti Ti in the rear and the old stand by of shimano on the front . they are tapered so the threads are the same as the other but taper in the center 4.9 mm @ threads and 3.9mm center!! actual weights !!!!

Front ; 26 grams Rear : 28grams saved 42 grams over Bontrager Ti rear and Shimano XT front !!!
