270 gr for a dual lamp xp r 5 and 4 battery configuration . A lot of light and a lot of time . I must to put it on the helmet . Very easy do it and without expensive material or tools .

Y get two controler and two r5 led from dealerextreme , a set of bottoms , o rings , 4 batterys 18650 and a heatsink thermal . I get one dual head magicshine

to do all the conections , just cut the two female and use it to put the leds . One female reused to the battery and the other one to back up for other lights .

A 4 batterys ..18650 standar .

The battery are solder 2 in series and 2 in paralel so i get a 7,4v and i can charge with the same charger of the famous magicshine that i have one .

The mount of all is very easy , dismount the flashlight , and cut the midlde body to reuse it as close of the light . solder the led to the controler and put in the middle two 1c coin with termal paste put a o-ring in between the cristal of the flashligh and the reflector , insert the led-control inside and you have the easy parts .

Now the closer . You must to solder a small spring ( i cut from the flashlight) to the positive cable and some amount of solder to the negative and it too the border of the body. To have all the parts in its place i use a termal silicone .

So now you can thread both parts and the light is ready .

I get a very cheap light from my local chinese shop , 2 euros , about 3,5 dolars , similar to this in dealer..

For my the most important part is that i can unthread the light in 3 parts and full dismount it.

Here i post a few more pics .Sorry for the bad quality , my movil is really old.
You can see the middle part of the flashlight before cut it . I cut just when finish the thread , so i can use it to thread it to the front of the light where go the led , the controler , the disipators ( 2 coins ) . Very easy i think.
