Looks like a Drop-Off Comp. Silver top caps, and not tall enough.

By the way, if you have viscious fast rebound in your Drop-Off try a really really really heavy weight oil. We dumped 40 weight oil in one leg, and running the amount of pressure to get proper sag and decent pedalling performance (around 30 psi) the rebound is finally slow enough to ride on.
