i don't think it would hurt the fork to much. but IMO id get the seals replaced right away before riding. why take the risk of doing $100's in damage when its relativily cheeper to replace the seals.

Well... If oil keeps coming out of it, it's going to run out of oil eventually... And that'd be bad. Oil is responsible for dampening. Lack of oil means it's going to bottom more easily and you're going to get crappy dampening. If you're 18, you could always make a trip to the sperm bank.
