I'd read an article in the paper awhile back regarding mustard as a successful home remedy for people who suffer chronic craming. I've only experienced cramping for short periods, and only at the end of a few races. I am interested to know if anyone here has had cramping issues and has found eating mustard a solution.
If so, how much mustard? When do you take it?

Of course. Have you ever seen a turkey sandwhich with a cramp?

For cramps, have you tried enduralytes? Salt tabs work damn well for me when the heat hits.

I have a mustard bath that's supposed to relax muscles and relieve muscle soreness, but nothing works as well as epsom salt.
