cornwall fire tower/pumping station
This ride seems to have fairly good drainage- grass or gravel roads for about miles of long climbs or decents, maybe two of each, followed by strong rocky (slippery when wet but no huge boulders so still doable) singletrack decent for a mile (?).
Go to manheim, pa, head east on 772 past square (r off of 72 north),
left on penryn road, follow this as it jogs right around a retirement home, right at T with turnpike, left at stop sign onto speedwell forge road, left on dead end road, follow a mile to parking on right (wide open lot for gamelands).
(You could also take the turnpike and find your way from 72 exit north to 322 West and park at pumping station parking lot (not in my directions) or find the other one (a little s/w of pumping station))
climb up out of the lot and follow this wide trail until it makes a hard right and continues up hill (if you go left here keep bearing left and you will end up going on a long grassy decent and looping back to a previous point on the trail) at the top will be some radio et.al towers and you go down the paved trail up to them until the next parking lot where you go down the obvious singletrack- at the bottom bear right and you will have a slow ten minute cooldown back to the first parking lot.
