I've got a 3 piece rod, 5 weight I believe from Redington that fits very nicely on my MULE along with whatever else I need. I've ridden to fish before, but not yet this season.
MTBR Photogs: interesting gear packs
So after a weekend of hiking and camping in the Holy Cross wilderness I decided that it might be time to pick up a fly fishing rig. I have not found a rod yet but I did find these fly fishing backpacks which might make great bike photo equipment backpacks. They all have chest compartments -- not sure if they are large enough for a SLR but they look promising. Anyone tried one of these or a (hopefully cheaper) alternative?
