I need 2 different knee pads. One for enduro style mountain biking: fit well, ride well, don't cramp behind the knee, good protection. Another pair for stand-up paddleboarding down whitewater rivers: quick drying, solid coverage, hold up well to repeated dunking.

But I only want to buy 1 pair! What you got?

I would look at the G-form stuff, while not specifically for water use, it sure seems like it would drain out and dry quicker than the foam style padding...

I like my Leatt Airlfex Pros. They appear to meet your criteria for riding. I’ve never gotten them wet but I can’t see how that would affect them negatively.
