Locals question - is the only way to hit Aspen Draw for a solo rider is park in Summerhaven and ride up Ski Run Road to the top?

I'm heading there for my annual 2 week vacay and always wanted to hit some of the upper trails - I've done in the past Bug Springs, Molino, Prison, La Milagrosa, Italian Trap, etc.

No. You can park at ski valley not Summerhaven. I did this ride a couple days ago. Its an easy climb from the ski valley parking lot to the start of aspen. Is it worth it? Not to me. Green mountain is closed. Incinerator is open.

I live at the bottom of the hill, and will ride with you when you get here. Hit me up.

Here's where you would park. Definitely don't go down to Summerhaven just to hit aspen.
