has anyone had to install the splined shaft on a surly crank.

cant seem to get the splined shaft to seat on to the stop washer...dont have any heat to try.

what is i stuck it in the freezer.

I just read the Mr Whirly installation instructions.

It say nothing about seating the stop washer the spindle. Just gives torque figures for the drive side arm bolt.

Make sure you have the washer on the correct end of the spindle.
