Well, apparently since Trek doesn't have any rear triangles on hand for my 2003 Fuel 100, they're giving me a 2010 Top Fuel 8 frame. I'm a little confused as to why they don't replace a carbon frame with another carbon frame, but that's beside the point of this post...

What components will not swap over? Looks like I'll have to go with disc brakes in the rear, at least.

Hmm, and an zerostack headset?

Does the "ABP Race" require a special rear skewer?

Thanks!

Hey there....I would try and argue with your Trek rep as a carbon frame breaking usually yields another carbon frame. That doesn't make sense to me. With warrantys, sometimes Trek will send things that are specific to the frame sometimes they won't. If they don't and send you a carbon frame you will need to buy the skewer, headset bearings, bb bearings (with spacers) as these are all specific to the frame. For an alum. frame you will need to buy the skewer if not included and headset bearings as well if not included.
