Recently picked up my shiny new Smash and added the frame storage bracket as part of the order. Also separately for my new bike I ordered the short 70cc OneUp EDC pump and tool.

My intent was to mount the pump down on the lower mounting holes under the storage bracket - but it can't fit as the way the bracket curves down interferes with the pump bracket being able to mount underneath it.

Has anyone got a different storage bracket and pump mounted on the lower holes? I'm trying to avoid mounting more up under the top tube that I can bang when riding. 76 Designs has another smaller bracket versus the one GG sell that might work with a flatter platform.

Well howdy Mr 6th ;-) - I'm pretty sure (could be wrong) that I've seen an EDC pump down in that location - it may have been in the FB group posts though so perhaps your spy on the FB side can check that out...

The pump would fit fine on its own, it's more looking for an appropriate bracket to hold a tube that will work with the pump bracket.

The Wolf Tooth bracket might work in conjunction with the OneUp pump bracket. It's pretty flat. I have both and can try test fitting them, but it might take a day or two to remember.

With the OneUp bracket and 70cc pump, I find I have to center the bracket slot under the screw at least (or move it further out), so that the pump doesn't flex into the frame during rough bits of trail.

Thank you. I'd seen the Wolftooth too and wondered if it would work.

It looks like the Wolf Tooth mini strap should work if you flip it so that the ridges face up. The larger strap mount won't fit (too wide, even flipped). The mini will probably stick the pump bracket out a little bit further, but looks like it should fit fine.
