We're a month out and starting to get really excited- so curious - who is coming to Mountain Bike Oregon July 19-21st??

This year is the 15th-anniversary event and will feature more free bike demos than ever before, including:
Diamondback
Evil
Scott
Kona
Ibis
Banshee
Whyte
Fatback
Esker Cycles
Orbea
(with a few more in the works!)

MBO would not be the successful event it is without all the love from MTBR members, so we look forward to celebrating with many of you this year.

And for those of you who have not yet registered, follow this link to read about the trails and then sign up: Mountain Bike Oregon - A 3-Day Mountain Biker's Dream Vacation!.

Woo Hoo!!

MBO will be located at it's new location in Westfir at the bottom of Alpine Trail and the covered bridge. It's a great location close to many swimming holes with a ton of room to camp.

Not going to MBO but I am going to Mountain Bike Oregon. Going to do a 300 mile bike packing loop starting and ending in Bend in September.

Starting in Bend, going to do Bens, Skyliners, Mrazek, Peterson Ridge, trails in the Headwaters of the Metolius area, Santiam Wagon Rd, McKenzie River Tr., Alpine, Waldo Lake, Lava-Edison, and Deschutes River Tr.

Really stoked and so much looking forward to our trip.

Sounds like a fun trip! Have a great time - and then next summer come back for MBO! You won't be disappointed.

(This is in response to cmon4day's post about visiting Oregon). Forgot to include the original post and now can't change it up. Oops!

Rad! How does the shuttle from say, Larrison Rock to Westfir work? Do we just rely on the bus/van to be there, and hitch a ride with them?
Twowheelmotion - any shuttle that is off site includes a shuttle to the trailhead and then from the bottom of the trail back to camp. In some cases people choose to not take the shuttle but instead ride back to camp, which is always an option as well, as long as the driver knows to not wait for you. Hope that answers your question!

Registration Update:
I wanted to share so no one misses this opportunity! Showers Pass is giving a certain number of registers a free Mountain Bike Oregon 32L Waterproof Roll-Top Backpack - and there is still room for 30 more people to register and get the backpack! Those who have already regsitered will also receive a backpack.

This is in addition to everyone getting a Hydro Flask/MBO branded cooler cup that fits your beer or can be used as a cup.

So now is a good time to register to get in on awesome swag! Wanted to make sure the MTBR folk knew about this! Enjoy - Melanie :)

Looks like 15 more people who register will receive a backpack! There is still room for more folks to register after the backpacks have all been allocated to riders, but why wait and miss cool swag!
:)
