Mount Olive Trails Plan

Mount Olive Township is in the process of finalizing a trail plan for the open space in the Township. Currently the plan calls for new trail to be constructed through the Township and to have connectivity with surrounding trails, including those at Allamuchy State Park. That was the good news, the downside is that the new trails proposed for the Township parcels will be designated as walking or hiking trails, not multiuse!!!

If this does not sounds like a plan that you want to see formalized please contact Kathy Murphy ([email protected]) and Laura Szwak ([email protected]), to let them know that multiuse trails are the preferred option. By the way, both are on the Trails Board at Mount Olive.
