Anyone had success mounting a 29" tire on a 700c rim? I have a friend that bought a Trek Bodega with Bontrager 750 rims and is looking for something wider than the 700x42 cyclocross offering. Anybody mounted a 29" mountain bike tire on a rim designed for a cyclocross tire?

29"=700C

The rims on the Bodega are reasonably wide. Limiting factor will be frame/fork clearance, not the rims.
