Hi all,

I own a 2005 motolite frame with FR lowers, I bought new at the end of last year.

I recently detected play in both horst link pivots (I mean on both sides).
You can hear some noise and feel the play on horst pivot when you push/pull the rear wheel from one side to the other.

I just changed the bushings yesterday but still got play on one side ... any idea ... changing pivot sleeve can help ?

Yeah, replace the pins. They could be worn.

Also, just for good measure the bolts too.

Loose hub axle, loose bearing inside the rear hub, or faulty skewer can exhibit the same symptom when you load your rear wheel side to side to find the loose culprit. When locating creak or loose part on the bike, it's never what you think of first.

Thanks for the advice but I believe it doesn't come from the wheel or skewers as I tested it on an alternate rigid bike feeling no play at all.
