Motobecane Shops in Oregon

Does any one think the local economy will support a Motobecane prominent shop in Bend Portland Salem or Eugene. I am relocating from Houston Texas to one of those areas and I am thinking about opening a chain of stores in those areas. Any and all feed back will be greatly appreciated. PM me with any ideas or suggestions.
