don think the website told which specific brake system my motobecane fantom trail had?

i know they are bb5 or bb7, but which one?

And for whichever model i have, does anyone have any tuning tips for this type of system?

well, if they have adjustment knobs on both sides, they are bb7s. if they just have it on the one side, bb5s.
