You should run a white industries disc Eno Ecc with the hayes disc brake adapter. I've seen people run BB7s with the adapter. The Moto Rapido is hot fire!

nice looking bike, how does it ride.
Do the rear stays have enough clearance for a 2.3 or 2.4 rear tire?
I know salsa makes a special frame for a ss bike but this frame looks really sweet. Anyone know the premiere LBS for Salsa Frames / buildouts?
