Korea looks a lot like NZ, though we'd have Maori Pa's instead of ancient fortresses (aye).

Cools photos Duncan.Duncan said:It's getting a bit colder here now. You can see the remnants of a 500 year old mountain fortresses in the first few pictures. This area is very popular with bikers but really only ridable on weekdays as it's chockablock wth hikers in the weekend.
We had our first snow on Saturday night. Snow riding is fun, and still something of a novelty to me. I like the way every jagged rock and log looks like a big soft downy pillow. The only real hassle is getting through the city - ironic how 5 minutes of riding to the subway station on an icy road feels much dodgier than 3 hours on singletrack.

Heading South for the Winter...(wise!)Duncan said:I love the red too (admittedly, the blue and the green also look great). Perhaps next on the shopping list are red hubs and nipples. It all goes nicely with my ruddy little face.
I'll be in New Zealand in about 3 weeks. My first trip home after about 6 years, 4 months and 20 days. It's going to be sweet - two months of no work, no money worries, mountain biking, camping, tramping, swimming, travelling, cycle touring, etc etc.
Have a nice winter guys
