stock, the cog is offset from the ring to the outside approx 1/32-1/16", just enough that its noticeable when sighting from the rear. this hasn't caused any problems thus far, but i've got a surly 22t cog coming, which has a wider spline base than the stock flat cog. this will offset the chainline even further.

i haven't had a chance to pull the cog off yet, but it doesn't look like there are any spacers on the inside of the cog. are than any other options besides a wider BB to correct the chainline?
