not for me today bro. maybe next weekend if it stays this way (and it looks like it should). Ill be at Rays or Chenga (until it closes) in the meantime. post back if you ever make it out there.

Yep...the Rt.3 entrance is the place. I drive a red Ford Aerostar van. You can also check the thread on CAMBA's website for more info!

Too bad you didn't make it Fisher29!!...the trail was in pretty good shape, with the snow clear of it for the most part. Only a few areas in the sun were soft. We didn't do the whole 16 miles (more like 12) because we felt uncomfortable after the 5 mile post as we saw more and more deer hunters.
Funny thing was, none of them said they had seen or taken any deer. We saw a total of 7, with a few being pretty large. Maybe they should just ride the trail with their shotguns slung ove their backs!! We could have had several clear shots!!
Built a small fire at the halfway point to thaw frozen feet (temp was about 29).
Next weekend is a possibility too.

Yea sorry i missed it.

It looked like a great day. Bit cold but still pretty nice. I had a contractor that was supposed to be at my house at 10:45 but he was running late and didn't show up until 11:10 and we were not done until 11:40. O well. Some of us are looking to go this weekend. We might even ride a bit of phase 2.

earlier start, 9am....temps in the low to mid 20s....brrrrrrrrr hheheheheh

perhaps there will me meat to cook at the halfway fire. (if you're into meat)
