I have a 27.5 boost so i guess it will be
- a rim
- about 28 spokes
- time
i figure about 70$US for a 32i rim
and my total will be about how much?
The tire will be 2.6 Rekon

Is it a 27.5+/29r fork? Just because its boost doesnt mean it will fit a 29r wheel/tire setup.

I am aware. Now my 3.0 is not thight but i will double check(that bike is in the shop now).
Ok just networking here...I only commented as I have a 27.5/27.5+ fork on my 5010 and considered going with a 29r front mullet setup but it wouldn't work, with the same type tire tread anyway. YRMV ofcourse.

Edit*
With all the scuttlebutt about 27.5+ tires generally only being less than 10mm smaller than 29rs I definitely wouldn't tear apart my complete wheel to replace the hub to a 29r without checking fit with another wheel/tire first. Besides you can by a prebuilt wheel for less than buying parts and having shop labor to rework yours.
