I use it for my splash lubrication on my Rock Shox, but not in my Damper...should work though. That said, Fox 7wt is simply relabeled Torco RSF Medium found at most Moto shops.

Can believe it. Mobil 1 r4t is in my RS Pike, motorcycle and car.
For damper oil, just buy the weight you need at your local motorcycle shop. Use this chart to find the closest weight: https://www.pvdwiki.com/images/a/a7/PVD-ISO-Viscosity-Data.gif

For bath oil, so long as it's not shared with the damper, it's fine to use ATF or motor oil.
I've used M1 ATF in both of my fox forks for the past year with no issues.

The [email protected] is very similar to most of the 10 weight suspension fluids.

Fox Shox fluid is 31.82 cSt, while M1 ATF is only slightly heavier at 34.00 cSt.
